Dedication of Bolton town pier
After five years, Bolton Landing got its pier back in Rogers Park. On Aug. 29, more than 200 people gathered at the new pier for a re-dedication of the structure in the honor of Frank Leonbruno, who served the community on many levels and was a supervisor for the state Department of Environmental Conservation for decades. After several speeches and heartfelt stories from officials and friends of Leonbruno, about 200 attendees boarded the Lake George Steamboat's craft Mohican for a free ride on the first launching from the new pier.
