A Hague man pleaded guilty to a felony May 30 for driving while intoxicated with a minor in his vehicle.
Todd W. Porter, 43, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated in connection with a Jan. 22, 2011, traffic stop on Lake Shore Drive in Hague. There was a 15-year-old in his vehicle.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office said he had a blood alcohol content of 0.26 percent, more than three times the 0.08 percent threshold for DWI, when he was pulled over for veering about of his lane.
Porter was sentenced to five years probation, fined $1,000 and directed to have an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he drives.
