The holidays are here, and life seems to be just a little bit crazier than usual. Are you finding the holiday shopping, baking, and engagements are cutting into your exercise time? Don't be a statistic and fall into the group of people who tend to pack on the holiday pounds. Between all the shopping and wrapping presents I'm sure a lot of people find reasons (or excuses!) not to exercise. Well, I've put together a quick 10-minute workout for you to try (check it out at right). If you're feeling really ambitious you can even try to fit it in a few more times throughout the day. You'll have your 30-minute workout out of the way without missing a beat.
