It certainly was a day to remember for Samantha and Michael Sayers, of Fort Ann, who were wed at St, Ann's Church in Fort Ann March 26, 2011 surrounded by friends and family. The group then moved to The Queensbury Hotel for a festive evening in recognition of the special occasion.
Guests were welcomed to the day's happenings with invitations by Glens Falls Printing. The ceremony took place at the St, Ann's Church in Fort Ann. The vows were officiated by Fr. Flannery, and music was performed by Andrew NaBozny on acoustic guitar. Decorations included candle lights, pew bows and isle runner.
The reception was held at The Queensbury Hotel, with flowers by Cottage Craftsdecorations and DJ/music by Total Entertainment. Guests enjoyed a custom-made five-tier cake by Shelly Holman. The food was catered by the The Queensbury Hotel and decorations included Tulle, candle and stone centre pieces and uplighting.
The bride, bridesmaids and flower girls were stylishly clad in dresses from Davis Bridal. They prepared for the day at Valeries Hair Care with a Twiss. The groom and groomsmen wore suits from Jonathan Reid . The rings were provided by Littman Jewelers.
The Rehearsal Dinner
The bride, groom, friends and family enjoyed a rehearsal dinner at a relative's home.
Guest gifts and wedding favors included Horse Shoe Key rings, Lindor chocolate and Gold Boxes. Flowers were provided by Cottage Crafts.
