BLUE MOUNTAIN LAKE - The Adirondack Museum is participating in a statewide initiative, introduced by Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, entitled "New York Museums Salute Memorial Day: A Weekend of Appreciation for Service Members and Veterans."
Museums across the state will grant free admission to active military service men and women, as well as veterans throughout the Memorial Day Weekend. The Adirondack Museum will offer free admission on Saturday, May 29 through Monday, May 31.
"The museum is proud to send a message of support and gratitude to all who serve our country through participation in this program," said Susan Dineen, marketing director.
The museum is open daily from May 28 through October 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
