RUTLANDRandi Cohn, RAVNAH's community relations associate and hospice volunteer services coordinator, was honored for her accomplishments in growing the agency's hospice volunteer program, launching the hospice singing group Trillium, and for her achievements in advancing RAVNAH's relationships with the public and community partners. "Randi's contagious spirit and dedication to qualitycare in everything she does makes her an avid ambassador for RAVNAH, as well as a valued employee," expressed Ron Cioffi, R.N., executive director of RAVNAH. Also honored were recipients of RAVNAH's HEALTH Matters awards, an employee recognition program for service excellence. Employees are chosen and recognized by their peers for their outstanding service to the organization and the patient's served. CarePlus admissions services assistant Heather Baker, LNA, received the Honesty award; hi-tech homecare nurse Cynthia Wilcox, R.N., Excellence; utilization review specialist Sharon Davis, LPN,COS-C, Attitude; manager of CarePlus and long-term care programs Wendy Daley, BSN, Leadership; homecare nurse Rhea Cayia, LPN, Teamwork; and hospice administrative assistant Kim McCullough, the Helpfulness award. Former human resources director Melissa Norman, received the agency's Unforgettable Award for her lasting impact on the organization in implementing a number of programs, most notably a competitive compensation and benefit program for RAVNAH employees.
