SCHROON LAKE - The Schroon Lake Library will host a series of computer classes for people age 50 and older.
The first class will be held on Thursday, Feb. 18, 9 a.m.-noon. During this class people will learn how to start up a computer, use the keyboard and mouse, and begin browsing the internet. The second class will be held on Thursday, March 4, from 9 a.m.-noon. During this second class students will learn more about the internet and how to set-up email.
The free classes will run for 90 minutes. Classes will be held in the meeting room at the Schroon Lake town hall. Seniors that would like to sign-up for the March 4 class must have either taken the initial class or have basic computer skills.
