Curves International, Inc., the world's largest fitness franchisor, announced today that the Curves of Middlebury, located at Marble Works, is under new ownership. Barbara Pelton took possession of the club on Nov. 1. "I'm so excited to become part of the Middlebury Curves community," said Pelton. "I'm looking forward to helping the women in our community reach amazing results, both physical and emotional, through our Curves workout program and support network." Current club members, their guests, and members of the local media can meet Pelton at a special open house event to be held on Saturday, Jan. 19 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Exciting changes to the club will be unveiled, including games, prizes and a very special offer to those interested in joining.
