This has been a popular option for some of my current clients who want more guidance at home when trying to remember the correct way to execute the exercises. No more trying to remember what the exercise was or how to do it. Each week you will receive an e-mail with your workout for the week.
Women On Weights is a progressive strength training program designed with women's issues in mind. It will help to increase bone density, increase metabolism, decrease body fat, and improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
The best part of the program is once the eight weeks of the original program is up, you can continue with an individualized program, or you may choose to start that way if you need to have a more customized workout. Remember strength training is very important for women to help keep you lean, strong, and balanced. Regular strength training along with a healthy diet and cardio program will help you lose body fat and gain muscle, which in turn will speed up your metabolism helping your body to burn more calories on a daily basis. It is very important to perform the exercises correctly so if you don't have strength training experience, I recommend a once a week session to make sure you are doing the exercises with correct form.
