NORTH CREEK - The Copperfield Inn Resort in North Creek have announced the appointment of Stephen A. Topper as Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Director and Denver L. Grover as Sous Chef.
"These two have worked together for many years, and having the two of them at the Copperfield - we know we will have a winning team," said Joel Beaudin, Copperfield's owner.
Topper graduated from Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI, with a BS degree in Culinary Arts. Grover is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY receiving an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
Both have extensive food service experience at North Country restaurants and Inns.
