The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) will begin November 1st. Applications have been mailed to persons 60 yrs. of age and over who received a HEAP benefit last year. The maximum income level allowed is as follows: 1 person $1,876 2 person 2,454 3 person 3,031 4 person 3,609 5 person 4,186 6 person 4,763 HEAP sites will be held at the following locations in November to assist applicants that are 60 and over, and applicants under 60 that did not receive HEAP last year. Anyone under 60 that received HEAP last year MUST apply through Social Services.
