Two men from Franklin County were taken into custody in Massachusetts after being caught with more than 100 pounds of marijuana.
The Plattsburgh Press Republican reports that 56-year-old Ronald H. Rockhill of North Bangor and 56-year-old Edward H. Thibeault of Bombay were arrested this week in Gardner, Massachusetts following a traffic stop.
The men were stopped for speeding, and officers observed they were acting "nervously," according to the Press Republican.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed that the men were trafficking about 150 pounds of pot. They were arraigned on drug charges and remanded to jail in lieu of bail.
They're scheduled to reappear in court on April 13.
