A girl missing since June has been located not far from her Franklin County foster home.
Malone-based state police say 17-year-old Ashley Roulston disappeared from foster care in Dickinson Center back on June 19.
Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in a search for Roulston, who was located this week by troopers and agents from the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Police say she was found in good health at a home located on Broad Road in the Franklin County town of Bombay, just 15 miles from her foster home.
Investigators believe Roulston had been staying at the Bombay home since going missing more than two months ago.
Five people have been charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration for allegedly harboring Roulston, including: 55-year-old Daniel W. Russell; 52-year-old Gay L. Russell; 30-year-old Joseph J. Duval Sr.; 55-year-old Ricky W. Surprise; and 26-year-old Jeremiah O. Duval.
All five reside at the Broad Road home in Bombay.
The subjects were processed by police and arraigned in Bombay Town Court before Justice Frank Lacerenza.
Daniel Russell, Gay Russell, and Ricky Surprise were ticketed and released on their own recognizance. Joseph Duval Sr. and Jeremiah Duval were remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
