ELIZABETHTOWN - A psychologist with 18 years of experience has opened a practice in Elizabethtown.
Phyllis Perna is now open at her new office located at 107 Hand Ave. in Elizabethtown. Perna and her husband moved to the area four years ago and have been renovating a house in Westport.
