Ticonderoga took second place in Champlain valley Athletic Conference boys indoor track and field action Jan. 22 at SUNY-Plattsburgh.
The Sentinels scored 57 points. Saranac won with 100.
Jon Granger led Ti, winning the 55-meter sprint, the 300-meter run and the long jump.
Jay Hebert won the 55-meter hurdles and ran a leg on the winning 640-meter relay team for the Sentinels. He also took third place in the 300 run.
Arto Nadeau, Jarryn Granger and Coleman Granger rounded out the winning 640 relay squad.
Jay Berube won the 3,200-meter run for the Sentinels, while Josh Cook was second in the race.
Josh Ross was second in the shot put, Javeed Nazir third in the 1,600-meter un, Mike Barber fourth in the 55 hurdles, Ken Johnston fourth in the 300 run and long jump, Ryan Borho fourth in the shot and Jacob Demaris fifth in the shot.
Ticonderoga finished fourth in the girls meet with 19 points. Saranac won with 114.5.
Courtney Shaner was third in the 55-meter hurdles and Hannah Herbst third in the 1,500-meter run to pace the Sentinels.
Becky Barber was fourth in the 600-meter run, Tabitha Taylor fifth in the 300 run, Alaina Bevilacqua fifth in the 1,500 and Abigail Gurney fifth in the shot put for Ti.
