Ticonderoga raced to victory in the Lake Placid Relay Carnival in boys track and field action April 23.
The Sentinels scored 50 points. AuSable valley was second with 46.
Jay Hebert won the 400-meter hurdles, Josh Cook took the mile, Luke Bartlett won the long jump and Jesse Perkins won the high jump for Ti.
The Ti 4x100 relay team of Coleman Granger, Arto Nadeau, Nick Mars and Hebert also won as did the 4x100 throwers relay team that featured Ryan Borho, Jacob Demarais, Joss Ross, Dennis Townes and Wesley Porter.
Mike Barber was second in the 400 hurdles, Kenneth Johnson was second in the long jump, Garrett Cooper was second in the triple jump, Luke Bartlett was second in the high jump and Josh Ross was third in the shot for the locals.
Ticonderoga was fourth in the girls meet with 14 points. Lake Placid and the combined team from Keene, Elizabethtown, Westport and Moriah tied for first place with 38 points.
Abby Gurney won the shot for the Sentinels, while Kalene Granger was third in the discus.
