HARTFORD - Lake George started their season with a 19-9 win over Hartford Friday, April 15.
Alex Liucci and Willie Blunt each had four hits apiece in the win. Jack Clark hit a two-run homer in the third for the Warriors. Peter Fisher and Kyle McCabe each doubled in the win.
Hartford's Rob Petit finished with two hits, including a two-RBI triple.
North Warren 8
HARTFORD - Hartford came from behind Thursday, April 14 to top North Warren 25-8.
After allowing eight runs in the first inning, Zack Tripp pitched a complete game in 50 pitches during the next seven innings and secured the win.
Tripp struck out seven. Cody Palmer led in hits and Jon Louie, Phil Casella and Rob Petit each had three hits for the Tanagers. Kristian Seeley was three for four with a double and triple for North Warren.
HARTFORD - Phil Cassella pitched well as the Tanagers topped Bolton 16-2 Wednesday, April 13.
Cassella went one for two with three walks and four RBIs. Charles Cornell was three for four with five RBIs, while Robert Petit was three for four with three runs and an RBI.
Delos Jackson, Dennis Mullins and Cassella combined for a four-hitter.
Alex Maxam doubled for Bolton.
ARGYLE - The Burghers fell to Argyle Tuesday, April 12 as Bobby Doepper went two for three with a double, two runs and two RBIs to lead Argyle.
Brett Schmaler also went two for three with a run and an RBI.
Justin Baird went one for four and added an RBI for the Burghers.
North Warren 7
HARTFORD - North Warren fell to Hartford as Christina Petteys had four RBIs and struck out 17 batters Thursday, April 14 in a 19-7 victory.
Brittany Brayman hit home run in the second inning for the Tanagers.
Nicole Parker had North Warren's lone hit.
GRANVILLE - The Lady Burghers fell 18-2 Thursday, April 14 as Jordie Harrison and Hunter Bassett each homered to lead Granville to the win.
Bassett was two for two with a triple. Jenna Prehoda tripled for the Golden Horde and Cassie Goodspeed was two for three.

Fort Ann 3
FORT ANN - Lake George broke its four-game losing streak with a 6-3 victory over Fort Ann Wednesday, April 13.
Winning pitcher Amy Sander also went four for four with a double, three runs and an RBI for the Warriors. Sander pitched a three-hitter.
Sam Reynolds went two for three to lead the Cardinals.
ARGYLE - Warrensburg was scoreless Tuesday, April 12 in a loss to Argyle.
Sam Rabine had a two-run double and Felicia Godfrey went three for four with an RBI
Emily Rosati hit two singles and an RBI. Krista Depew struck out eight and allowed one hit.
HARTFORD - Bolton began their season with a 18-7 loss to Hartford Tuesday, April 12.
Charissa Lewis and Morgan Wicks combined on a two-hitter for Hartford. Christina Petteys hit the lone home run and a single for the Tanagers, who also got a double and single from Rachel Liebig, and a single and two RBIs from Sarah Godnick.
Rosie Denne had a double and single for Bolton.

QUEENSBURY - The Warriors were shut out by Glens Falls as Kiley Sullivan had three singles Tuesday, April 12.
Jamie Celeste added two singles and Meresa Mason struck out six and allowed just one hit.
The Warriors' lone hit was a double by Amy Sander.
