The program will begin Monday, July 7, and conclude Friday, Aug. 8, under the direction of Angie MacAlpine. Children ages5-13 are eligible to attend the program at Ticonderoga Middle School. Activities will begin at 7:30 a.m. each day and end at 2:30 p.m. Free breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided daily along with swimming lessons at the Black Point beach. Parents will be asked for a $15 donation to help defray the cost of the program. Children will receive a T-shirt with a donation. Besides sports, games and arts and crafts activities, the program will feature trips to the Wild Center, ice skating, a train ride and a visit to the training camp of the Super Bowl champion New York Giants in Albany. Also included this summer will be a music program under the direction of Nelson Shapiro and Megan Walls. The program will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on the stage at the middle school .
