PLATTSBURGH - A 14-year-old Plattsburgh teen faces felony charges after he allegedly burglarized a local building.
The Clinton County Sheriff's Department said they arrested the boy at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 4, after receiving a report he allegedly broke into a local building and made off with property. He then reportedly tried to return the property to a local store for money.
Deputies charged the boy with third-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was released into the custody of his parents and is due to appear in Clinton County Family Court at a later date.
