TICONDEROGA-The Ticonderoga Chamber of Commerce's ninth annual fundraiser dinner and auction will be held on Friday, June 17, at Silver Bay YMCA.
The event will take place in Silver Bay's Gullen Lounge located within the main Inn starting at 6 p.m. with appetizers followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
"We extend an invitation for you to join us for the 2011 TACC annual fundraiser dinner and auction including a silent auction, live auction, music, a beautiful Italian night and a fantastic menu created by Silver Bay and the committee. Last year was a great success and with your support this year it will be even better. Enjoy the evening overlooking majestic Lake George from the covered porch and Victorian lounge while you browse the many auction items. Just Us Entertainment will provide ambiance during the dinner hour which will be followed by the live auction and dancing," said Matthew Courtright, TACC executive director.

"The goal for this year is to have our annual fundraiser dinner and auction be the TACC premier fundraising event supporting the ongoing marketing and promotion of the area and our members," Courtright said. "Your continued dedication and support enables us to host chamber and community events, and assist many area organizations with the planning, marketing, and implementation of their events.
"TACC is looking to expand on our current events, plan and create new endeavors, and continue to support other organizations, as well as market and promote the area in new ways," he added.
The chamber is also seeking either monetary contributions, auction items or a combination. The following sponsorship levels are available: Diamond at the $750 and above level, Platinum at the $500 level, Gold at the $250 level, Silver at the $125 level and Bronze for contributions under $125. All donations must be received by June 3. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to the Chamber office at 94 Montcalm St., Suite 1 in downtown Ticonderoga.
All sponsors will receive recognition for their contribution. There will be a variety of ways in which the chamber will recognize the donors/sponsors including recognition the night of the event, press releases, a full page ad after the event and additional promotion in the chamber communications throughout the year.
