Sprague had 23 points, 13 rebounds and five steals to pace the Vikings. Chelsea McKiernan added 19 points and 10 boards for the winners. Moriah used a 17-9 run in the second quarter to grab a 31-20 edge at intermission. The Wildcats got 10 points apiece from Moriah Williams, Kathleen Decker and Ashley Whitty in posting the win. Schroon jumped to a 14-4 lead and extended its advantage to 26-10 at intermission. The Wildcats led by eight points with four minutes to play, but Westport closed the game on a 19-7 run for the win. Savannah Clark scored 12 points for Schroon. The Wildcats held Indian Lake to a bucket in the opening quarter and limited the visitors to five points in the second half. Jessica Mehm tallied nine points for Schroon. ELCS 54, Crown Point 40 Elizabethtown-Lewis topped Crown Point, 54-40, in Mountain and Valley Athletic Conference girls basketball play Dec. 18. Ahead 27-17 at the half, ELCS iced the game with an 18-9 run to open the third quarter. Jordan McGinness had 13 points for Crown Point.
