TICONDEROGA - Best Western / Ti Inn & Suites will host a Wine Pairing Dinner Friday and Saturday, Feb. 12 and 13, featuring wines from Herron Hill. Winery representatives will discuss wines and the wine-making process.
The meal will include butternut squash and apple bisque paired with a Riesling wine, followed by a mixed mescaline greens toped with caramelized scallops and house vinaigrette paired with a unoaked chardonnay. Dinner with Cabernet Franc will be filet mignon. The final course pairs homemade apple pie topped with Vermont cheddar cheese along side locally made handcrafted chocolates.
