QUEENSBURY — The Warren County Sheriff’s Office just sent out a bulletin asking the public to help locate a missing person.
Officials believe William M. Campbell (DOB 4-10-40) may be suffering from an altered mental status and may be unsure of his surroundings.
Campbell left Queensbury on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 15 and hasn’t been seen since. Authorities believe that credit card transactions from North Tonawanda in Niagara County on the afternoon of Wednesday, Jan. 15 indicate Campbell may be traveling to his previous residence in Ohio.
Campbell, 73, is described as a white male standing 5’ 10” and weighing approximately 200 pounds with white hair and beard and hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing a green and red plaid shirt with gray trousers and the blue coat pictured above.
Campbell is believed to be operating a gray-colored 2010 Honda Pilot with New York registration EWK804.

UPDATE: Friday, Jan. 17
State police located Campbell near Syracuse on the state thruway Thursday, Jan. 17 at 3:30pm. He is reportedly fine.
