Anthony Vanderwalker broke a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the sixth inning with a three-run double for the Wildcats.
Mac Kiely homered for Crown Point. Crown Point's only other run came in the first inning on a Schroon Lake error.
Justin Potter recorded 13 strikeouts and 11 walks on the hill for Crown Point.

Moriah 4, Plattsburgh 2
Moriah downed Plattsburgh, 4-2, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference baseball action April 27.
Ryan Mascarenas laced a two-run single in a four-run bottom of the first inning for the locals.
Moriah scored the four runs in the first on a hit batsman, four walks and Mascarenas' hit.
Tyler Blaise went six innings to pick up the pitching win and Tim Martin the seventh for the save.
Ticonderoga 5, Peru 4
Ticonderoga edged Peru, 5-4, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference baseball action April 27.
Ti led 5-0 before Peru made it interesting with three runs in the fifth inning and one more in the seventh.
The Sentinels, ahead 1-0, scored three runs in the third on Todd Carr's two-run double and Anthony Barnao's RBI single. Jake Taylor then added a RBI single in the fourth for a 5-0 lead.
Barnao and Kaleb Bruce finished with two hits each for the Sentinels.
Nate Laundree got the mound win. He had 12 strikeouts and no walks in going the distance.
Crown Point 5, Johnsburg 0
Crown Point blanked Johnsburg, 5-0, in Mountain and Valley Athletic Conference baseball play April 27.
Justin Potter struck out 16, didn't walk anyone and allowed one hit for the Panthers.
At the plate, Potter hit a triple and Nathan Tabor added a double for Crown Point.

Schroon Lake pounded Elizabethtown-Lewis, 11-1, in Mountain and Valley Athletic Conference baseball play April 27.
Wesley Beers hurled a two-hitter with eight strikeouts for the winners.
Matt Savarie had three hits to lead the Schroon attack with Ethan Tyrrell, Lance Paradis and Brennan Bush chipping in with two hits apiece.
Ticonderoga 4, NCCS 1
Ticonderoga downed Northeastern Clinton, 4-1, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference baseball action April 29.
Robert teRiele allowed three hits, struck out six and walked three in going the distance for the win.
The game was until Ticonderoga pushed across two unearned runs in the fifth. The Sentinels added two more runs in the seventh on Alex Swartz's double, Robert Kearns' suicide-squeeze bunt and an error.
Saranac Lake 7, Moriah 3
Moriah lost to Saranac Lake, 7-3, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference baseball action April 29.
Tyler Trombley, who was the losing pitcher, and Tom Wheelock led the Vikings with two hits each.
Crown Point 13, Bolton 2
Crown Pointed rolled past Bolton, 13-2, in Mountain and Valley Athletic Conference baseball play April 29.
Jonathan Spaulding had two hits and drove in three runs for Crown Point while Cody Wayman came through with three hits. Aaron Walters also had two hits for the Panthers.
Travis Tabor pitched six innings for the victory, striking out nine while walking no one.

Matt Savarie had four hits, including a double and home run, to lead the Wildcats.
Brennan Bush added two doubles and a single for Schroon Lake. Anthony Vanderwalker, who picked up the pitching win in relief, hit a single and double.
Ethan Tyrrell blasted a home run and single, and Wesley Beers added two hits for the winners.
