The main topic this week is Hurricane Sandy. Have been listening to the Weather Channel for several days. By the time you read this, I hope all bad weather has left us. Hope all are safe.

Keisha Sprague and daughter, Khaleah Cleveland went to New York City on Friday to Keisha's doctor appointment. Khaleah thought the train ride was to long.
Friday brought many from several states to attend the funeral of Helen (Marge) Cummings. It was at the funeral home in Chestertown. After many met at the Ole Log Inn in Lake George.
Keisha Sprague drove Dad, Aaron Conlon and me to Ava Conlon's 2nd birthday party to Selkirk on Saturday.
Lynden Millington enjoyed his 12th birthday on Saturday having a fun day with his family.
Steve and Chris Simms enjoyed spending the weekend at their home in the area.
Such a terrible loss: We as a community are sorry to hear about the terrible house fire of Bruce and Amy Cleveland. They lost everything while Bruce was with Amy at the hospital. Thankful that no one was home and animals are safe.
Kathy Allen enjoyed going with her daughter, Rachel to a ladies retreat over the weekend.
Steve and Mary Howe enjoyed attending another Pug dog show on the weekend.
I went with Jean Russell to a Bible Study and dessert social on Thursday evening.
Don't forget to turn your clocks back this weekend. Wow! That must mean winter is around the corner.
Remember the Flea Market/Bake Sale at the Sodom Community Church on Nov. 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be for sale. There will also be coats and boots give away for those in need.
