The Adirondack Museum’s annual Harvest Festival begins on the first of October. The two-day event is free to Park residents and will include wagon and pony rides, music, arts and crafts, a giant leaf pile for the kids.
On Saturday Radio Disney Albany will be on hand with music, games, and activities with a Harvest twist. Throughout the weekend visitors of all ages can climb aboard a rustic wagon, take a seat on a hay bale, and enjoy a leisurely ride around the museum's grounds. Young children can enjoy a pony ride on center campus with compliments of Circle B Ranch.
Paul Smiths College Culinary and Baking Program will demonstrate how to prepare dishes inspired by an Adirondack fall. Browse and buy from a small group of talented North Country artisans and craftspeople.
