Enjoy the bounty of a Vermont harvest at the Hinesburg Fall Festival, Sept. 23-24.
The Hinesburg Fall Festival officially starts Saturday, Sept. 24, 10 a.m.–9 p.m. at locations around town but focused at the Hinesburg Town Hall.
A special screening of the film “The Summer of Walter Hacks” kicks off the festival Friday, Sept. 23, 7 p.m., at the Hinesburg Central School. The $6 admission benefits the Hinesburg Historical Society
General admission to the festival is free with $5-10 for the annual Hinesburg Harvest Dinner at Osborne Parish Hall. Children under 5 are admitted free.
Dinner entertainment is provided by Susan Reit de Sales and Mary Ann Samuels. the dinner benefits the Hinesburg Land Trust.
Saturday includes an art show, music from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. including a performance by No Strings Marionette Company. A concert later in the day will help raise funds for the Hinesburg Area Food Shelf.
