Snow prompts city parking ban

PLATTSBURGH | The City of Plattsburgh’s parking ban will be in effect starting midnight Tuesday, Nov. 12.

The south end of the Durkee Street lot, the upper and lower Court Street lots and the Broad Street lot will be closed.

Flashing lights will remind citizens of the parking ban until further notice.
